CFL experience does not matter. Good coaches know ball but new blood is bad for the old boys club. Friends hire friends in this league and a lot of coaches know they wouldn't have a job otherwise. This is professional football and you're in Toronto.

@Markonfootball Mark will cry about the rules being changed but not want better coaches. You can interview more than 8 teams personnel during the interview process in professional football. Plenty of coaches have CFL playing experience did you ever think of that? This is pro sports wake up.
