I don’t work for the BBC so I'm free to say what I feel. The language used by Suella Braverman and Priti Patel, about refugees and migrants, is very similar to language used in Germany in the 1930s. It's a fact. RT if you agree.

You may have seen these devices around your local community, but do you know what they do? Community Public Access Defibrillators or CPADs give an electric shock to the heart of someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest. They're very easy to use, should you ever need to.

Attended a couple of falls patients this afternoon, I was able to lift the 1st off the floor and get them back into bed with a cup of tea and get the ambulance stood down, 2nd patient needed a trip down to A&E for an x-ray, but was on hand to assist the crew when they arrived.

@CFR_RA878 @CFR_Nick That’s my issue with it too. If you forget and take it apart upright it’s a real pain, we have the raizer on the car and the manger camel on my home team. Good work Nick. Do you do the safety netting or is that done by your hub ?

@tykeharvey It's aimed at uninjured falls, but we are the eyes of our clinical hub and can get the calls upgraded if needed

@CFR_Nick So are you been targeted for the falls or is all falls (does that make sense) • ECG? • Blood sugars I like the idea and some outside the box thinking.

@tykeharvey We get the patient triaged via our clinical hub, they make the decision on discharge from our assessment.

@CFR_Nick Interesting what scope do they have you working too? As a TAAP if im working on a NET shift I have no discharge rights so will not be to leave even with a PP callback. So how does this work? (Cracking work btw)

@Amanda45887585 People have their priorities wrong, solve a shoplifting problem by putting lives at risk and never consider how much a lawsuit would cost should someone get hurt, it doesn't make any sense

@CFR_Nick This happens at our local gym now because the doors are easily broken into. Seems to be happening in a lot of places. Nobody seems to thing about the actual consequences.

@JasonDunne20 I've spoken to the manager and I've contacted my local fire station to make them aware, I've posted on social media to make sure the company are aware. It's far too important to rely on a manager to sort when they have allowed it in the first place
