We are delighted to help Edel House again this year. This Cork charity helps homeless women and children and we are happy to play our part. A special thank you to Ms. C McGrath & LCA students Ava English and Laura Jendruszewska who organised the collection.

Our LCAs are fully in the Christmas spirit & have made beautiful clay decorations for their family members! ✨

Our annual Christmas fun day is this Friday, 12th December. 🎄🎅🏻 All students and staff are invited to wear their Christmas jumpers, or something red or green, to get in the festive spirit! 🎄🎁❄️

🎬 CINEMA DAY. As part of the Cairde programme, 1st & TY’s went to watch a movie together, joined by Rang Barra.🎬 Our buddy system in place allows the first years to get to know other people in the school & to ask about anything they are unsure of. A great way to end the term!👨🏽‍🤝‍👨🏼

Choir and Instrumental Group had a lot to celebrate this term, having came 3rd and 2nd in Fame a couple of weeks ago! On Monday they kicked off their Christmas celebrations by enjoying some treats, karaoke and dancing. Roll on the new term! 🎤💃🏻🍩

Last week the woodwork department invited Eoin Reardon, a social media personality who is best known for his traditional hand tool carpentry and who has 3.4 million followers on Tik Tok to come a teach our 5th & 6th year students some tips and tricks of old school carpentry. 🪵🪑

🌧️⚽ Wet & Wild Victory! ⚽🌧️ Our U15 boys battled the elements this morning to secure a thrilling 5–3 win over Nano Nagle! Goals from: Kevin Connolly (x2) Miguel Ballesteros Kash Szwarc Michael Noonan An incredible team effort from start to finish! Well done boys. ❤️🖤

In the end Kayleigh Murphy, Miguel de la Fuente Ballesteros & Mr. Brazill were victorious after beating the team comprising of Mr. O Sullivan, Brendan Keogh & Hannah Hennessy in the final! 🏆

Today marked the end of our spectacularly enjoyable Badminton tournament that comprised of 30 games & saw both students and teachers competitive sides on display!

A fantastic opportunity to build confidence, teamwork, and global awareness. Well done to all who participated! ✨

Yesterday, some of our Transition Year students attended the Model UN information session in Springfort Hall. 🗣️ They explored what Model UN is all about, learned the art of writing resolutions, and even stepped into the shoes of delegates during a mock assembly. 💡💭

Another great day for our Minor Ladies Footballers. They were out in action against Kanturk today and won on a scoreline of 6-9 to 3-0! 💪🏼 Amazing work from the girls! ❤️🖤

Well done to the Junior Ladies Camogie team today after their outstanding win against Buttevant on a scoreline of 5-5 to 4-6. There were some excellent performances throughout the game, a special mention to Taylor Caplice in goals with a number of incredible saves. 🔥
