@DominikElmiger There can be huge value in communities/panels, especially with modern analytics extracting insights from unstructured feedback. They're probably mentioned less in CX/omnichanel discussions as there's a strong focus on insights at the individual level.

@CGFShearer What are your thoughts on running an insight community to capture VOC? I used to work for this firm that offered a platform, but reading all about omnichannel etc, I never really come across ICs, it's more a data driven approach, also, didn't really sell it much...

Great point. You need to be as proactive and far reaching as possible in trying to identify and resolve the issues that drive (possibly latent) dissatisfaction
