Which is better? Halibut or Sea Bass? I tried halibut for the first time yesterday and I paid more for it than I do for Chilean Sea Bass so I was expecting something amazing. The flaky, and naturally buttery flavor of Chilean Sea Bass crushes Halibut. The halibut is denser and has a texture that reminds me of chicken breast. It’s definitely not buttery and it needs a sauce or seasoning to help it out. Don’t get me wrong. Halibut is good but it’s not $36/lb good. Maybe $16/lb.

I used to think old people who sat on the front porch were nosy and spying on the neighborhood. Now I know better.
