Being just like everyone else has never been a good option. Today, in the era of "AI Average," it would be an even worse choice. That's why I'm proud to invite you to the new version of my personal website -> dawidskinder.pl If you’re building a wallet, exchange, DeFi product, stablecoin, infrastructure platform, or any Web3 product where trust and clarity matter, this map should tell you whether I’m relevant. And if it does -> Lets meet. Design inspired by Obsidian. Development driven by state of the art AI (<3 #Codex).

Juris Protocol
Juris Protocol@JurisProtocol·
Juris Protocol has significantly increased liquidity within the JURIS/LUNC pools on @_Terraport_, bringing total liquidity for this pool close to six figures and helping create one of the strongest liquidity positions currently on Terra Classic. This move reflects our continued commitment to healthy, sustainable market infrastructure and improving the overall trading experience for the Terra Classic community. Stronger liquidity helps provide: • smoother trading • reduced slippage • healthier market depth • improved accessibility • and stronger long-term stability As the Terra Classic ecosystem continues growing, healthy liquidity becomes increasingly important not only for traders, but also for onboarding new users and supporting long-term ecosystem confidence. We appreciate the role Terraport and other ecosystem platforms continue to play in helping strengthen liquidity, accessibility, and on-chain activity throughout Terra Classic. We would also like to thank @garuda_defi, @CHALLENGE_pl, @SolidProof_io, and @hexxagon_io for their continued support and contributions to the ecosystem. We remain committed to supporting the broader Terra Classic ecosystem and helping build sustainable infrastructure for the future. $TERRA $LUNC $JURIS $SIMP $GRDX #JurisProtocol #DecentralizedFinance #DeFi #TerraClassic

True story = Over the last two weeks, three different family conversations ended with almost the same question: “Dawid, how are your crypto / Bitcoin holdings? I hope you didn’t lose anything?” #AdoptionLessons 👇 They were not asking because they follow crypto. They were asking because Polish mainstream media started covering problems around @zondacrypto , and for normal people the mental shortcut is still brutally simple: exchange problem = crypto problem crypto problem = Bitcoin problem Bitcoin problem = Dawid may have lost money That is the adoption lesson. Web3 does not only need better products. It needs better category comprehension. Because if intermediate users (not to mention Normies) cannot distinguish between a centralized exchange, Bitcoin, self-custody, stablecoins, DeFi, wallets, and “crypto” as a whole, then every bad story damages the entire adoption surface. This is where design, branding, and communication matter. Good communication should not only sell the upside. It should help people understand the map: what is the asset what is the platform who controls the funds where the risk sits what failed, and what did not Web3 has spent years explaining how powerful the technology is. It has spent far less time explaining the basic categories normal people need before they can trust it. Adoption does not start with onboarding. Sometimes it starts at the family table. #Web3 #Crypto #UXDesign #BrandStrategy #Zonda #zondaCrypto

Apple adding a native Web3 wallet to iOS would be one of the biggest adoption moments in crypto. And one of the scariest. #AdoptionSimulations 👇 Not because Apple would make crypto “cool.” Because Apple would make wallet access default. No App Store search. No browser extension. No first-time wallet panic. No “which wallet should I trust?” decision. Just a wallet layer sitting next to cards, keys, IDs, tickets, and passes. That would remove a huge adoption barrier. But it would also expose a brutal question for wallet providers: If the OS gives every user a default wallet, why should anyone download yours? At that point, “we store assets” is not enough. Standalone wallets would need sharper moats: – better DeFi access – better cross-chain UX – better risk warnings – better recovery – better portfolio intelligence – better community and ecosystem distribution My current view: A native Apple wallet would not kill Web3 wallets. But it would kill lazy wallet positioning. #Web3 #Crypto #Wallets #ProductDesign

TradFi gives you a monthly statement. DeFi gives you 187 transactions across 6 chains and tells you to “check the explorer.” #AdoptionImports 👇 That is not user empowerment. That is product work outsourced to the user. Banks and brokers give users a readable monthly layer: – money in – money out – fees paid – gains and losses – yield earned – tax-relevant events – portfolio changes DeFi has the data. What it usually lacks is the explanation layer. A block explorer can prove what happened. But a user statement should explain what happened. Until Web3 can answer “what happened to my money this month?” in plain language, it will keep feeling powerful to experts and hostile to everyone else. DeFi does not need less transparency. It needs more financial comprehension. #Web3 #DeFi #UXDesign #Fintech

Why has Web3 still not built a real equivalent of abandoned-cart recovery? #AdoptionQuestions 👇 In Web2, “user almost converted but dropped” is a whole system: emails, nudges, saved state, reminders, incentives, retargeting. In Web3, users fail at wallet connect, KYC, bridging, deposit, first trade, or staking every day — and most products treat that as disappearance, not recoverable intent. The real question: → what is the Web3-native abandoned-cart system for high-friction, trust-sensitive flows? Why this matters: – CAC is wasted when high-intent users vanish mid-flow – teams over-focus on acquisition while leaking motivated users before activation A few angles worth testing: 1️⃣ wallet-aware but privacy-respecting recovery 2️⃣ partial-state saving across multi-step onchain/offchain flows 3️⃣ lifecycle messaging tied to failed or incomplete key actions 4️⃣ trust-first rescue UX instead of generic “come back” nudges My current view: Web3 does not just have an acquisition problem. It has a recovery-design problem. What am I missing? #Web3 #UXDesign #ProductDesign #Growth

#AdoptionSimulations — Your token gets its 15 minutes of fame… and your homepage explains almost nothing. Here’s what it might look like for an AI / crypto project like Bittensor (TAO) 👇 09:02 – TAO starts trending. New people arrive not from crypto-native circles, but from the broader AI narrative and momentum-chasing capital. Bittensor is one of the more prominent AI tokens by market cap, so attention spills in fast. 09:11 – A cold visitor lands on the homepage (bittensor.com). What they see is mostly a sparse interface, a network-like visual, and top-nav links. The homepage itself does not explain the product in plain language. 09:14 – They try to infer meaning from aesthetics. “Is this an L1? An AI protocol? A marketplace? A tokenized GPU network? A research collective?” The visual may signal decentralization, but it does not reduce cognitive load. 09:19 – The explanation exists deeper in the ecosystem: the whitepaper and docs describe Bittensor as a network where subnets produce AI-related digital commodities and validators measure quality. But by now many new visitors are already gone. 09:27 – Speculators may still buy because of momentum. But serious newcomers, partners, and less-crypto-native investors hit a trust wall: if the homepage cannot explain the asset, the market starts pricing narrative harder than substance. 09:41 – Internally, the team may call this “minimal,” “mysterious,” or “for the culture.” Externally, for cold traffic, it behaves like style over substance. In a fame window, that is expensive. Questions for your team: – If someone arrives with zero prior context, can they understand what the protocol is, who it is for, and why TAO matters within 5 seconds? – During a hype cycle, is your homepage acting like a clarity engine or a filter that leaks demand? – How much potential investor and user interest are you burning because your first screen optimizes for aesthetic posture instead of comprehension? – If the docs contain the real answer, why is the homepage not doing the first 20% of that job? #Web3 #AI #Bittensor #UX

#AdoptionInversions — What if your core belief “My new AI / vibe design increases user trust” was completely wrong? For one day, assume the opposite: 👉 “The easier AI makes design production, the more average most products become — and the more valuable truly high-quality design gets.” What would change? – You’d stop treating speed of output as proof of quality – You’d judge design by clarity, trust, distinctiveness, and conversion, not by “looks polished enough” – You’d use AI to explore faster, but keep human taste, product thinking, and UX judgment at the decision layer – You’d realize that when everyone can generate decent-looking screens, the competitive edge shifts to better strategy, sharper hierarchy, stronger flows, and better brand systems AI is not just raising productivity. It is flooding the market with acceptable design. That lowers the value of average work. And increases the value of people who can still create work that is meaningfully better. #AI #Design #UX #Conversion

Most #crypto products show data as tables, charts, and dashboards. I wanted to see what happens when you turn that data into a world. web3cities.dawidskinder.pl So I built Web3 Cities with #ChatGPT #Codex 5.4 - a live 3D WebGL experience where: • BTC City grows from live Binance spot buys • Market City turns top traded coins into a living skyline • every building reflects market behavior in real time Stack: React + TypeScript + Vite + Three.js + React Three Fiber + WebSockets + GitHub Actions + GitHub Pages This is how I think about Web3 design: - make complexity feel clear, spatial, and explorable. #threejs #webgl #creativecoding #web3

#AdoptionInversions - What if your core belief “Users accept paying gas - it's the cost of decentralization” was completely wrong? For one day, assume the opposite:👉 Seamless adoption requires gasless or sponsored as the default experience. What would change? – Onboarding and first actions are fully sponsored—no visible fees until meaningful value is delivered. – UI never surfaces “gas” in primary flows; abstracts to “Confirm action” with branded reassurance. – Pricing/comms reposition the product as “free to start, pay only when you earn/withdraw.” – Fallback states are graceful and branded: “Network busy - we’ll retry automatically.” – Marketing highlights “Web2 simplicity, Web3 security.” Design for this scenario, then compare it with your current product. The gap is where you’re leaking mass-market adoption - every micro-friction is a dropout point. #AdoptionInversion #Web3UX #Gasless #Onboarding

Dear #TerraClassic community - I’d like to invite you to check two public resources: 1. The new terra-classic.money - featuring “Terra Classic Four Years After: State of the Chain Report (2022–2026)” (work in progress) + an “Improvement Proposals” section. 2. Truth Dashboard — truth.terra-classic.money Terra Classic, as an idea, is still something rare: a community-owned, battle-tested chain born out of the biggest collapse in crypto history. In a strange way, the world inherited from TerraForm Labs and Do Kwon a powerful tool - and if used well, it can still enable truly decentralized finance and money. What the Report is: An independent, data-heavy, decision-grade assessment of Terra Classic 4 years after the 2022 crash - covering what works, what doesn’t, what’s neglected, and what is structurally broken. It’s written to be readable for everyone (community, investors, builders, validators, press), but grounded in metrics and evidence. Status: the Report is partially published (4 major chapters are already live. Chapter 3, 4, 5 and 6) and I will add the remaining chapters progressively. What “Improvement Proposals” is: A built-in feedback system on terra-classic.money where anyone can submit concrete improvements for Terra Classic, discuss them, and vote. The goal is to create a visible, prioritized backlog of what the chain needs - based on evidence, not vibes. What Truth Dashboard is: A transparent analytics hub that aggregates Terra Classic metrics and governance/validator realities into one place - so we can discuss protocol health, on-chain demand, market structure, treasury behavior, and governance participation using the same shared facts. Why I built this (goal): - To show the true (not sugar-coated) state of the Terra Classic blockchain - To give investors and community members a simple toolset to make informed decisions - To force clarity: if the chain is to recover, it needs a credible operating model - not slogans What I expect to happen next (two acceptable outcomes): A) Validators publish a dedicated, professional recovery plan (roadmap) for Terra Classic — realistic, measurable, and executable — within 3 months, or B) Validators issue a public statement acknowledging what the data already indicates: “Terra Classic is not in good condition and we (validators) do not have the skills / expertise / time / will to fix it.” If B is the truth, then the consequence should be immediate: start searching for and hiring professional, experienced management with real case studies and accountability to help revitalize #TerraClassic. (The report is not fully complete yet, but it is already clear the chain is not in good condition. Also: on average only ~0.24% of all delegators participate in governance - in practice validators decide everything, and therefore own responsibility for outcomes.) Call to action (community + investors): 1. Read the Report + explore Truth Dashboard 2. Submit and vote on improvements via “Improvement Proposals” on terra-classic.money 3. Share what’s missing (data sources, context, corrections) This is not FUD. This is a change request from an independent investor, grounded in hard data and a simple premise: reality first, then strategy. If you want to help with the Report - contact me. I will only collaborate with doxxed, independent people (no validators, no L2 project owners on #TerraClassic - to avoid conflicts of interest). #LUNC #USTC #LUNCcommunity

.@Dropbox didn’t “go viral” by paying people. It went viral by giving both sides more utility (extra storage) - and it compounded into ~3900% growth in 15 months. #AdoptionImports 👇 Web3 referral programs usually do one of two things: One-sided (only the inviter benefits) → low completion Token-based → farming + dumping + mercenary users Import the Web2 play that actually scales: mutual, non-speculative utility rewards. How to port it to Web3: 1️⃣ Reward both sides (referrer + referee) with something that makes the product better 2️⃣ Make it time-boxed and non-transferable (so it can’t be farmed) 3️⃣ Trigger it post-onboarding (after the first “aha” moment, not at signup) 4️⃣ Ship it with a shareable link and an in-app “Invite” moment immediately after activation Examples of “utility” rewards that don’t rely on token price: - +X% boosted yield for 30 days (cap + eligibility rules) - Gas rebates (or “fee credits”) usable only inside the product - Priority access (new features, higher limits, faster support) - Better UX (fewer steps, batch actions, faster withdrawals) as a temporary tier Why this matters: - You get network effects without speculation - You attract users who want the product, not the airdrop - You reduce sell pressure and referral abuse by design If you’re building a Web3 app and your referral program is “invite friends, get tokens”… you’re not building a loop. You’re buying noise. #Web3 #Growth #ProductMarketing #UX

#AdoptionSimulations - Quantum risk doesn’t have to “arrive” to become a deal blocker. Here’s what happens when an institutional buyer asks: “What’s your post-quantum plan?” 👇 Scenario: “The Institutional DD Call: Quantum Readiness” (L1 / tokenized RWA / yield vault) 22:03 – Risk team email lands: “Do you rely on classical public-key signatures? What’s your PQC roadmap?” (They reference NIST PQ standards, so hand-waving won’t work.) 22:15 – Buyer opens your site. Security / risk page is thin. No migration plan. No key-rotation policy. No custody model clarity. 22:27 – Their DD checklist asks for: timeline, scope, and “what breaks” (address formats, signing, custody workflows). (They know migrations are disruptive.) 22:40 – Your community sees the thread: “Are we quantum-safe?” Support has no source of truth → Discord fills the vacuum. 23:05 – Internal scramble: legal wants language; engineering wants time; marketing wants it “bullish”. Questions for your team: – What’s our one-sentence answer to “Are funds safe if PQC becomes mandatory within 12 months?” – Where is the roadmap artifact that a risk committee can forward internally (scope, timeline, dependencies, tradeoffs)? – What do users see in-product when this question hits—do we surface clear risk boundaries and what we’re doing next, or do we force them into Discord? #Web3 #Security #Bitcoin #Solana

Web3 homepages try to speak to users + devs + institutions at the same time → and end up converting none of them. #AdoptionImports 👇 In Web2 (fintech/SaaS), products like Revolut run segmented “homepages” by persona: Personal vs Business (separate hero, proof, CTA, entire content and sections) on dedicated URLs you can drop into ads, emails, and sales. How to port it to Web3 (L1/L2, wallet, DeFi protocol): 1️⃣ Ship 3 entry pages, not 1 /users • /developers • /institutions Each page answers one job-to-be-done. No compromises. 2️⃣ Match promise + CTA to the persona Users: “Start in 60 seconds” → Connect wallet / first action Devs: “Build in 15 minutes” → Quickstart / SDK / sample app Institutions: “Decision-grade risk + ops pack” → Talk to sales / request access 3️⃣ Build a real funnel behind each page Users → onboarding + activation checklist Devs → docs sequence + integration milestones Institutions → compliance, custody, redemption, reporting, SLA, disclosures (And yes: analytics + UTM + CRM routing.) A “Get Started” modal (common in Web3) is a directory. A persona homepage is a conversion asset. Decades of Web2 experience are free alpha for Web3 adoption - if you’re willing to import it. #Web3UX #ProductMarketing #GrowthDesign #DeFi
