To address the public’s concerns: The ₱2,000 discrepancy was an honest mistake. We have re-uploaded the transparency report and highlighted the corrections. We want to assure everyone that every single cent is accounted for and that the remaining ₱33,000 isn’t going to anyone’s pocket as we’re committed to keeping everything transparent. We already emailed the donors for their consent to our plan for the remaining fund allocation and we’re just waiting for everyone’s feedback. Just to be clear, NLNL is not a fanbase but she's been helping the team by being in charge of the fundraising drive donations, boost our announcements, and monitor the fundraising drive status. Participating fanbases combined their resources and used their influence to contribute in the fundraising drive. As we’ve mentioned on our previous post, we had a lot of gift ideas for Chanyeol and it was part of the initial fundraising budget. Sadly, all gifts were rejected, thus resulting to the funds allotted for the said gifts being left unused. Another rejected project was the white heart and clover confetti that was also a part of the initial fundraising budget. Funds for the said proposal were also left unused. The team also had a lot of plans for the fanzone but due to our planned venues being unavailable, funds for the fanzone were also left unused. We have emailed all of our donors regarding our plans for the excess money. We have yet to wait for their reply if they are aligned with our suggestion. We read all of your feedback and we will reflect on them positively. Rest assured that we will use this experience for a better planning and execution in the future.
