If Morris Monye had simply resigned quietly without the lengthy epistle, nobody would be dragging him today. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with stepping away, but the issue is the unnecessary insinuations and subtle attempts (whether knowingly or unknownly) to throw Peter Obi under the bus in the process. That’s the real grievance many Obidients have with him.
