American Journal of Medicine Adherence during 12m was 5.5 hs (IQR, 3.7–6.6) in the MAD gp and 4.9 hrs (IQR, 3.7–5.7) in the CPAP gp. MAD was non-inferior to CPAP in reducing 24-hour mean BP, with the between-group difference favoring MAD. Both devices reduce sleepiness.
