CFJ's dynamic video highlights @sowore's treason case. ABA CHR monitored Sowore's trial for over 4 years as part of the @TrialWatch initiative. The resilience of our monitor in persisting with the trial was absolutely crucial to his case finally being struck out.

The treason case against @sowore in Nigeria was finally struck out in February, after more than four years of unfair proceedings during which TrialWatch monitored his trial and published a report on his case. One month ago today, he finally reunited with his family in the US.
