MoD has published its annual sexual offences statistics. They show a big jump in the number of cases being investigated by military police; and still very significant differences in outcome for rape cases at Courts Martial, as compared to Crown Court. centreformilitaryjustice.org.uk/ministry-of-de…

Key point here that I can’t believe we still have to say in 2020 - there is no such thing as an adult having ‘sex’ with a 14 year old child. This is rape under English law.
