Great to see adjuvant T-DXd included in NCCN guidelines! The lack of neoadjuvant T-DXd-THP here may be due to the more immature data in terms of recurrence/survival. I do expect this neoadjuvant regime. to make it to the NCCN guidelines soon — and to be widely used.
