The delegation also discussed the issue pertaining to higher annual ground rent calculations for diversion of land use arising due to revised interpretation of land valuation methodology. CII requested restoration of the earlier practical methodology along with issuance of uniform implementation guidelines. Demonstrating prompt and proactive action towards ease of doing business in Chhattisgarh, Hon’ble Minister Shri O P Choudhary immediately took cognizance of the matter and assured resolution.
