@Habbo Sorry doesn’t really cut it. Constant issues with the Collectibles, and in the end it affects more than just some missing furnis or rewards. Rooms destroyed, games broken, and more. It’s frustrating, disappointing the players, ruining overall quality and experience of the game.

ℹ️ An update on yesterday’s Collectibles issue Yesterday morning, we began seeing a large number of errors related to Collectibles data. After investigating, we identified that the issue was caused by incomplete data being returned by the Immutable API. A workaround was deployed shortly after to stabilise the situation. We then discovered that the initial workaround did not fully resolve the issue. We deployed an improved patch earlier today and verified it against the individual cases we received from Habbos. Some Collectibles were moved back into player inventories during this process. We understand this is confusing and unexpected, and we’re sorry for the disruption to affected players’ rooms 🫡

🚨 DESRESPEITO COM A COMUNIDADE HABBO BR/PT 🚨 Há meses presenciamos um descaso absurdo do @Habbo com o jogo principal, em especial com a comunidade BR/PT. Desde o lançamento do Habbo Origins, toda a atenção da Staff foi direcionada exclusivamente para lá, deixando o nosso hotel praticamente abandonado. Para mostrar a diferença gritante no tratamento dado pela empresa, segue um comparativo entre o Habbo (jogo principal) e o Origins (versão clássica relançada): 🔹 Eventos semanais: no Origins, TRÊS VEZES POR SEMANA o Staff (Cayde-6) realiza eventos ao vivo com a comunidade do Origins (br. e com.). Já no Habbo, acumulamos mais de 3 MESES de resultados pendentes e nenhuma movimentação. Vale lembrar: o Staff Cayde-6 é o mesmo Staff Huntermain, designado para o BR/PT. Ou seja, a Sulake deslocou um Staff local para o Origins e deixou o nosso hotel parado. 🔹 Atividades paradas: não temos eventos locais, atividades de fã-sites, AeA ou qualquer outro projeto. A justificativa da empresa foi a saída do Staff Anurok. Mas isso não se sustenta, pois o outro Staff BR/PT segue trabalhando — só que para o Origins. Importante: a culpa não é do funcionário, mas sim da própria Sulake, que o direciona conforme seus interesses. 🔹 Competições e resultados: no Origins, em média, acontecem 2 a 3 competições semanais, e os resultados saem em menos de 1 mês. Já no Habbo BR/PT, a última competição foi em 11/07, no Dia Mundial do Rock. 🔹 Prioridade de expansão: com pouco mais de 1 ano de existência, o Origins será lançado na Steam, ampliando ainda mais sua base de jogadores. Já o Habbo, com 25 anos de história, nunca recebeu essa oportunidade. 🔹 Funcionalidades exclusivas: no Origins foram adicionados sistemas de Pesca e Jardinagem — pedidos antigos da comunidade do Habbo que foram simplesmente ignorados. Em contrapartida, aqui vimos o fechamento do SnowStorm e as plantas-monstro seguem bugadas até hoje. O Origins foi anunciado como uma “versão clássica”, mas rapidamente ganhou conteúdos inéditos que nunca existiram no jogo original. Assim, a própria Sulake transformou o Origins em concorrente direto do Habbo principal (concorrente no sentido de um produto similar, da mesma empresa, com a mesma finalidade, aplicando o mesmo capital humano na manutenção da experiência ao usuário, e não concorrente em rivalidade). Enquanto o Origins cresce e evolui, o Habbo se deteriora diante dos nossos olhos. ⚠️ O Habbo não pode ser tratado como um “projeto esquecido”. Nós, a comunidade, estamos aqui desde 2000 construindo essa história. Exigimos respeito, transparência e tratamento justo entre os dois jogos. Chega de negligência. @Habbo This is so awesome! I see the vision but its going to be one heck of a journey to get there 😅 Very excited about the future of Web3 within Habbo. When I try to explain NFT with gaming, I say imagine if Fortnite sold NFTs and rewarded players with limited skins. give it time☺️

@ScuroFamiglia @Habbo The resources part is bullshit, sorry. They are a small company but they spread their resources THIN by wasting time and money on their stupid side projects like Origins and NFT's - not in favor of the community, but themselves. Most of the developers don't care about Habbo.

It's good that you communicate transparently. And honestly, I'm convinced that the community would complain a lot less if there were more regular communication. We often tend to forget that there's a small team behind it all In my opinion, Habbo's flaw is this culture of "Let's stay in touch with a handful of players but distance ourselves from the majority of the community" I hope that in the future you will be able to find a happy medium. Well done for your work guys

@Habbo And another thing. Can we tone down the focus on Collectibles, at least for a while? The focus should be the core gameplay within Habbo and Collectibles is only a distraction from all the features that could've been released at this point.
