This past month at Minot State University Spring Honor Dance and Powwow, CIRCLES Alliance was honored to host a community STEAM Day. Miigwech to everyone who helped make it a day filled with good medicine, good people, and good memories. ❤️🪶

What a weekend! 🌟 CIRCLES came together in Minot, ND for an amazing gathering full of connection, learning & fun! From team building to an inspiring student panel and even a trip to New Town to play hand games with the high school, it was unforgettable! 💫

Our 4-day workshop brought together 90+ teachers, Elders, First Language Speakers & presenters to connect culture, language & learning. From D/Lakota Math to game design, hand games & more—huge thanks to all involved, esp. Dr. Luecke & Sitting Bull College!

Recent update in ND! 18 educators from across the state came together May 30-31 to create STEM lesson plans grounded in traditional indigenous teachings! The Curricular Resource Writing Conference fostered collaboration, cultural integration, and powerful curriculum development.
