We hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th of July. Thank you to our volunteers who had shifts yesterday and helped staff events around the community!

Practice makes perfect. Recently our volunteers participated in a full fire training drill practice every move needed for fighting a fire. From practicing how to mask up, to hose line management, to interacting with our engine, no skill is too insignificant to overlook.

This weekend our new members jumped right into training. Using our community funded mannequin they practiced how to take a blood sugar. This type of training is a crucial first step before they are assigned a shift.

Today is our 95th birthday! Thank you for all the support during almost a century of service. We look forward to our next 95 years of volunteering.

Members from Arlington staffed an engine and filled in at Station 710. This was so members of @mcfrs could pay respects to their lost brother. Rest easy Chris! 🙏

We want to wish you a Merry Christmas and First day of Hanukah. Thanks to your generosity we were able to donate a record breaking 1,500 toys to children in need in our community. Thank you for supporting us in our mission to serve the community.

All presents will be delivered on Christmas Eve to the National Center for Children and Families in Bethesda and to the Scotland Drive Community Association in partnership with the Montgomery County Police Department.

SAD NEWS--REMAINING SANTA RUNS CANCELLED Our sleigh broke down on last night's Santa run. We managed to get it home, but upon inspection we realized that it couldn't be repaired in time to finish the rest of this year's runs.
