Hear me out. These things apply both ways.
Just like some men do not fully understand the pain cheating causes until it happens to them, some women also fail to understand the impact of their actions until they experience it themselves. It does not make either action right. It simply proves that people rarely feel the true weight of certain behaviours until they are on the receiving end of it.
Gender blame has damaged society enough already. Accountability should apply to everyone, not just one gender.

@DannyDGlover For all Clyburn’s faults, he has secured a lot of funding for the Black folks in his district (which is why he sails through primaries). And, he’s used his positions of power well for SC overall, which is why there are Republicans sticking their neck out to save his seat.

Let me add another layer to this…He spent 30+ years protecting that seat so no other Black person could seriously challenge him… only for it to eventually be stripped away by the same people he kept making concessions to in exchange for political protection.
