🍻 Last Weekend the Cummins Mellor & CJUK team teamed up with Blackburn Youth Zone and helped to host the BYZ Beer Festival at Blackburn Rugby Club. 🏈 💷 Our Volunteers helped the Blackburn Youth Zone raise almost £40,000! 😎 It's safe to say the weekend was a success!

This blue plaque still hangs on my very first restaurant in Longridge which held 2 Michelin stars . The building was built in 1808. It’s a 60 covert restaurant with a bar lounge and living accommodation above. It now needs a new owner tenant with skill passion and a big heart ❤️

🏫 Yesterday, Georgia was at Blackburn Central High School 🌟 She was there for their Careers Week Event, telling the new generation of chefs about the many benefits of joining the #CJUK brigade! She also bumped into CJUK Chef Andrew and snagged a quick selfie! 📸

🍝 The hospitality industry is often overwhelmed and can be overworked while being under-compensated. 🩺 Here at CJUK we care about the health and wellbeing of our chefs before, during, and after working with us. 😊 We want our chefs to have positive and enjoyable placements.
