Finally made it over to London’s @VicDockparkrun this morning with @Helly_J_ & it was back on after a week or so off It was Course “D” The Cobbled one for today’s route for safety reasons & events on nearby Marvellously organised by the local team 🦺🧡 #loveparkrun

A visit to Alderford Lake parkrun this morning with @Helly_J_ Lumpy, scenic, with a big lake, fields, trails & a rollercoaster-style wooded section 😂 Perfect post @parkrunUK brekkie at their local café, & thanks for the super friendly, warm welcome from the volunteers 👏🏻🦺🧡

Woodlands parkrun, Scarborough Flat, narrow in sections, out & back with a twiddle in the middle 😆 Nice fast course Lovely parkrun with lovely volunteers to help navigate the “twiddle” which is an extra little loop to make up the distance to 5km 🧡🦺 #woodlandsparkrun
