It’s understandable why Elon turned down shares. it is not understandable why he was not reimbursed all the money and training costs he put in. There is a massive amount of profit made to what he put into open AI. I would think this should be calculated and Elon reimbursed for this too. Plus, his own knowledge and time for orchestrating the entire system in the first place.
