I'm so confident it can refactor codebases competently that I'll put my money where my mouth is.

Haven’t seen a no brainer tech play like this in a minute. Desloppify has such a mainstream use case because of nobody truly coding themselves anymore. Everyone uses agents which leaves 100’s of lines of slop code consistently.

Of 250 submissions, 47 found somewhat significant poor engineering. The 1st was @bleuonbase, who wins $1k, paid for by the $DESLOP token. Many Desloppify codebase + process improvements coming from this. All evaluations/prompts below Together, we'll defeat slop AI code!

Funding from this comes from a community-created Desloppify Solana token - I was given c. $7k in fees + 7% of the coin - so I'm going to give 100% of this to boosting both the open source ecosystem + Desloppify.
I want to create a flywheel where funds improve/market the tool &, in doing so, build an open source war-chest.
We raised $50k for an open source art competition last week. By feeding token/tool w/ fees, I believe that this can do more but sustainably - Desloppify is imo an extremely good tool + now is the perfect time for it.
This will work in two ways:
- I'll spend 100% of the token fees boosting Desloppify's ecosystem - this will take on a variety of forms like the bounty below, which aims to improve the tool while creating attention. My goal will be to leverage resources to improve the tool, build awareness and, in doing so, bring popularity to the token.
- Additionally, if the token hits $10m, I'll begin to sell off my 7%, and use it to fund open source projects. Every cent will be accounted for w/ invoices, etc. in AI credits and compute - all directed towards funding open source.
Aside from using some of those resources, I will not profit from this in any way.
This is an experiment. It might not work. But if it does and we can fund something else good from crypto, it'd be pretty cool, right?

I’m very aware of how dumb I was and I’m taking full responsibility for my own mistakes.
The dude initially contacted my irl and he was the one on vc with him, I only joined the call to help.
This guy drained us both for a total of 1.2-1.3M. We didn’t click any links, we didn’t share anything. It all happened on a discord/Tg call. Still trying to figure out how the drain happened but yeah it’s all my fault.
I was poor my whole life and this space changed that. I made that money before I’ll make it again. We just add this to the lore I guess.
