@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO I want the correct person/s to be punished for this. If this kid is a patsy, and I did say if - he should have the best defence in the world, and if that means the public can poke holes in the narrative, which we can, there is problems. Good conversation. Thankyou for your time

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO If TR has been some sort of mastermind and has done this absolutely horrible thing to Charlie Kirk, I think he should spend the rest of his life in jail. But right now, there are huge problems and holes that the whole world can see. I’m honestly not being disengenuous. Cont

I can’t be the only one looking forward to Turning Point USA execs and resident goofus @blakeneff’s response to this. Think they’ll call a Seal Team 6 sniper a lying sociopath? Get their influencers to smear a Brigadier General? Ask Brian Harpole to sue them or run their usual Pastor bit and call these men “demonic”? What’s your move here, @AndrewKolvet? Got another report on “Digital Assassin culture” cooking?

Everything @RealCandaceO initially addressed and spoke to and of is now being considered perhaps reluctantly but considered nonetheless as a legitimate alternative theory explicating what actually happened on 10 September. See how that works?

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO It may not be what is seen here, right now - but, as many people have said, it is the prosecutions ‘best case scenario’. As I understand it, and I may be wrong, Grand Juries in the US Dont even allow the defence to have a say. But ty for admit this could be a problem. Cont.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO For you, a nothing burger. But now think as a 22 year old kid - why would he or they be using commonwealth spelling? And seriously, the way we spell calibre is stupid, the ‘ber’ part does not sound like ‘bre’.

@CL31181 @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO I am American and you are correct. But let me pose a personal anecdotal scenario in which it doesnt matter. I dont use autocorrect. It is shut off just like google suggestions. I type every letter. That mistake, for me, is easy to see as a nothing burger.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO I am not American, I do in fact live in a Commonwealth Country, so I can attest, this is the exact way that we spell calibre. If you’re American, I’m sure you can confirm the spelling of that word. But I have been told by a lot of Americans, calibre is not US spelling

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO Question in good faith. We agree that Hull, the investigator who is English/Australian/NZ, yes? Note messages between TR & LT discussing ‘calibre’. Americans do not spell the word that way. ‘Calibre’ is the ‘Commonwealth’ spelling. Why has this happened w- autocorrect? Cont

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO Thr defence did get that out of the lady who was testifying about the ‘bullet fragments’ She is the one who said the measurements, although the defence did not do a good enough job of pointing out the discrepancy in measurements. Cont.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO The gun was wrapped. And not disturbed - according to prosecution - until found. The testimony did not state that dirt was found in the barrel. Dust. I’m certain there was no shot from TRs gun The diameter measure of the jacket/bullet retrieved, is not big enough for a 30.06

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO Wow!! Statistical probability that the DNA is Lance’s is extremely probable. We are told they lived together. We are told the gun was at the house. It was said at the pre-lim there is no way to tell how DNA is placed on an item. Either by contact or transfer, but it’s still there

@CL31181 @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO When are you going to address what I have said about the DNA? You keep referencing the amount of DNA and that has not been my argument at all. I have been referencing the statistical probability that the DNA is Lances per the reports. Not what was said in the prelim.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO So - if you paid attention to the pre-lim, the lady who was testifying about the gun, said that there WAS dust and debris, but mostly dust, in the barrel of the gun. So sure, if the gun ‘was’ fired, it would be unlikely that dust would be in the barrel; but dust was in the barrel

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO Doesn’t mean that your wife didn’t go and take your phone and throw it in the bin. Your DNA will still be the most - because it is your phone. And your wife’s DNA will be fewer in number and type - because you’ve handled your phone the absolute most.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO I just said before - that yes - TR will and should have the most DNA on the gun - IT IS HIS GUN. It would be like your phone. Sure, if you’re married, ur wife’s DNA will be on your phone. But you will have the most - cont.

@CL31181 @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO Define dust as it was defined in the prelim, then tell me how long it was from the shot to the discovery. Then tell me the thread count on the towel. Once you have all that and have determined that it is unlikely, Im not looking for impossible, but unlikely, let me know.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO I’m surprised at your absolute refusal to accept anything other than - Tyler’s DNA is more prevalent. And your refusal to admit yhe reason why TRs DNA is more prevalent is because TR owned the gun - his DNA, no matter what quantities, is expected. If anything LTs DNA should not

@CL31181 @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO I forgot the "c" nice catch. Surprised with your grammatical proficiency that you are so lacking in common sense. I did not mislead, you just did. I was not referencing "why" his DNA was given as a sample. I referred to the report and the significance of the match, or lack of.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO You mislead. Lances DNA was given as elimination - or even a control sample. It was matched. The word you are looking for is ‘exculpatory’

@CL31181 @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO So no, you didnt actually look at the evidence. The markers dont attribute to Lance in the same way as the other subjects. Lances DNA in a national database would not be picked out as matching DNA whereas the the other subjects would. No DNA is definitive, its exulpatory.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO It’s all good faith. We agree that the gun was wrapped in a towel, yes? The claim is that the gun was just fired, yes? How does a gun, wrapped in a towel, that a barrel just experienced an explosion forcing all dust, debris, and anything else out, still have dust and debris?

@CL31181 @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO You mean the gun that was moved away from the scene and hid in some bushes?🤣😂🤣 How can this possibly be a good faith question? The DNA you bring in good faith, but the dirt and debris? Amateur stuff right there.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO So what? Tyler owned the rifle. It is expected that his DNA will be all over it - ‘at extremely high odds’ because it is his rifle. And of which his DNA can remain there for upto ‘50 years’. Why was there dust and debris in the barrel of a rifle that was supposedly just fired?

@CL31181 @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO I never saw that Lances DNA was on the rifle. As I understood it, the DNA that could be his was at extremely low odds. Different from the other strands found on the gun that were actually unique.

@MClickovich @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO And what we have learned just from those few hours of testimony about DNA - is that it is not as ‘perfect’ as everyone once thought. I was actually fascinated by what the defence was able to get out of the DNA witnesses. Either way, both TR and LT have DNA on the evidence.

@CL31181 @_midGRAY @RealCandaceO Yes but adress the ACTUAL DNA evidence, not just the surface level interpretation of it used in a prelim hearing. I am guessing you did not look at the actual evidence for yourself. They will spend days if not weeks going through the DNA reports, not a few hours like the prelim.
