Cleveland Broomball Spring 2023 season starts March 8th! Want to kick some rust off before the season? There are two more open sessions on Feb 17th and Mar 2nd Haven’t played before but interested in trying it out? Your first open session is free for first-time attendees!

Tough loss for the men in their second game against the Columbus Invaders; their next is at 8:40pm vs Pittsburgh’s Brooms of Steel. The #ClevelandBroomball women, Burning River, are up next at 3:20pm vs Agents.

Donning the new #ClevelandBroomball pants, the “Cleveland Broomball Team” men tied their first game of the Mid-Atlantic Broomball Tournament! Check back for updates on the men and “Burning River” women teams throughout the day. Next games are 1pm and 3pm respectively.

@PittsburghBC Official Statement: Despite our totally valid claim on the original name, we felt it best to avoid legal confrontation. The generic placeholder of Cleveland Broomball Team will be used until such time that the naming committee is ready to announce the new name.

Insider info 👀: Plenty of good team names, but special shout-out to @CLEBroomball’s men, who were signed up as the Cleveland Guardians for the 2020 tourney that didn’t happen and decided to purposely pivot to their “generic” 2021 name. #broomball #trademarksuit
