The @WEEGcommittee Lunch and Learn brought together local employers to discuss the benefits of hiring persons with disabilities. The @WRE_Network shared key strategies for promoting inclusivity in hiring, while @odenetwork highlighted the business advantages of tapping into an underrepresented talent pool. Panel discussions provided practical tips and success stories from businesses already embracing diversity.
