I was sent a horrible video of a man filming a woman in the gym to make fun of her size. I immediately sent it to 24 Hour Fitness. One day later the video has been removed and his membership has been revoked. Being “skinnier” or in better shape than someone does NOT make you better than them or mean you can treat them that way. Anyone in the gym working hard to better themselves deserves your respect and support. Thank you @24hourfitness for doing the right thing! Justice is served! 🫡

When introverts are going through hard times, they often turn inward. They may go quiet, cancel plans, or retreat into their own world. They don't want sympathy speeches, long conversations, or anyone hovering with advice. They don't need to be fixed, cheered up, or distracted. What they really need is peace. Silence. Solitude. Time alone helps them sort through what they're feeling, at their own pace, in their own way. They trust themselves to process and heal, even if it takes a while. So if an introvert you care about pulls away during a tough time, don't take it personally. And if they ask for space, give it generously. Your quiet presence may be the very support they need the most.

We’re being told this country is broken beyond repair.
And then this happens.
An American Olympic gold medalist, bloodied and grinning, wrapped in the Stars and Stripes, after decades of waiting, sacrifice, and belief, reminding the world what it looks like when America rises again. 🇺🇸
Two kids on a quiet sidewalk, watching Artemis II tear through the sky, like history reaching forward and backward at once, reminding us we are still the nation that dares to go farther. 🚀
And an American Air Force colonel, shot down over enemy territory, alone in the mountains of Iran for 48 hours, hunted, wounded, waiting,
And America came for him anyway.
Through the dark.
Through the risk.
Through the fire.
Because we don’t leave our own.
Same year. Same country.
Not spin. Not noise.
This is real.
They can keep selling division.
They can keep feeding the noise.
But this?
This is different.
This is who we are when it matters.
Not perfect. Not polished.
But still capable of courage.
Still capable of wonder.
Still capable of loyalty.
The darkness is loud right now.
But the light?
The light doesn’t ask permission.
It just shows up.
GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸❤️
HAPPY EASTER 💜

@j0ker937 Kudos!! This line -“You think you’re the engine, but you’re only the hood ornament.”- is fantastic!
English

Yo, I got something on my chest I want to express.
I see people who look down on those of us who grew up without a silver spoon, or didn't get that chance at private schools, or live some fantasy high life...
I'm not going to talk "bad" about them, but I don't like being looked down on, so let’s talk about it...
I look at some of you up in those glass towers, sipping your $13 lattes while acting like the world only runs on spreadsheets & a rolodex.
You’ve got your fancy degrees on the wall while your hands are softer than a newborn's backside, & you seem to have forgotten one very important thing...
"Who built the wall that silly degree is hanging on?"
You’re so busy looking at the "big picture" that you’ve gone blind to the people on the ground who put you there.
Let's get real:
The Foundation...
You didn't code your way into a skyscraper.
A guy in steel-toed boots poured the concrete.
The Power...
You didn’t "innovate" the lights turning on.
A line worker climbed a pole in a lightning storm to make sure your WiFi didn't drop while you were ordering your avocado toast.
The Backbone...
While you’re "working from home" in your silk pajamas & having FaceTime, there’s a trucker hauling your organic kale through a tornado on I-75.
From the 937 to the 810 all the way to the 656 & every highway in between...
You think you’re the engine, but you’re only the hood ornament.
The real heart of this country is pumping grease, sweating through denim, & punching a clock with stained hands.
You can talk all the trash you want about how we're "the old way of doing things," but when the pipes burst or the roof leaks, you aren't calling a consultant...
You’re prayin' for an asshole like me with a wrench.
Bottom line...
Don’t look down on the hands that feed you, house you, & keep your shiny lil faux world spinning.
Show some damn respect to the blue-collar brothers & sisters who actually make the world move.
We put you there, & we can damn sure replace you.
Keep it American.
Keep it loud.
Unapologetically yours,
🃏👑
