Sustainable transport and people-to-people links are key pillars of the Pact for the Mediterranean. Today, with Charles Darr and the @CLIAGlobal delegation, we explored how sustainable maritime tourism can drive integrated economies and closer connections across the region. A strong blue economy also relies on the decarbonisation of the maritime sector, powered by clean-tech investments - with the cruise industry playing a central role in this transition. The EU is ready to engage and support in this endeavour.

The crew of Rhapsody of the Seas recently joined Mahahual’s community spirit by helping sort and deliver new uniforms and cleats for the Mahahual United team! This effort reflects the strong connection between our community and those who visit us.

During a recent fundraiser aboard Carnival Breeze in Progreso, our crew was proud to support the Food Bank of Mexico’s Yucatán Chapter alongside local partners, helping strengthen food access for families in the community we visit.

Today’s arrival of the Carnival Horizon at the Port of Ocho Rios completes Carnival Cruise Line’s 2025 humanitarian support to Jamaica, delivering 24 pallets over 5 tonnes of essential medicines and medical supplies to support Jamaica’s recovery following Hurricane Melissa. #PAJ
