I need to know how a team that apparently isn't being coached properly keeps popping up in the top 5 for chances missed and chances created?
People keep going on about running stats like that proves anything about coaching.
This season alone, Liverpool is still right up there for xG and big chances created, and also near the top for chances missed.
So again, how is a team that “isn't being coached” consistently creating some of the best chances in the league?
The drop-off from last season is real, but the underlying numbers are still strong.
If our owners are as data-driven as everyone says, then understanding why Slot is still in a job should make sense (on top of winning the league and having us in two QFs).
