It’s funny I hear it both ways so yes he could be right it’s just calories and if you know where your calories at then yes his method is possible. But then there are those that say you need Whole fresh foods quality protein and tracking all macros which does give great results and that’s the route I’m going keep track of my macros using quality protein sources and it’s been good. Think his way could cause some people to much IBS 😂

Oh I'm sure he get's a new girl every day, but he's going to be fucked in 10 years. His body will be wrecked.
