By definition, a criminal act—should not be granted sanctuary or residency in Washington, nor should they be eligible for state benefits funded by taxpayers. Furthermore, medical assistance and social welfare are not legitimate government functions. These expenditures unjustly use taxpayer money, violating the Bill of Rights and the 14th Amendment. Voted YES on HB 1541 (2024) - Diversity Mandate. ~ This legislation essentially forbids agencies from picking the best candidates available for positions while pitting Americans against each other. Voted YES on HB 1170 (2023) - Climate Change Response. ~ Investing taxpayer dollars in creating a climate change response strategy is a complete waste of money. States should not be buying into the climate-change agenda. Republicans targeting "left wing extremism" Democrats targeting "right wing extremism" The CT Strategy identifies 3 groups: 🔴narcoterrorists and transnational gangs 🔴legacy Islamist terrorists 🔴"violent left-wing extremists, including anarchists and anti-fascists." This morning Governor Ferguson signed SB 5974 that allows the state to de-certify an elected sheriff. It also imposes new rules on candidates running for sheriff such as a polygraph, background check, and peace officer certification.

This morning Governor Bob Ferguson signed the income tax bill into law. This is not simply fiscal irresponsibility or 'stupidity', this is another major step in an intentional, decades-long strategy to dismantle the founding principles of limited government and replace them with high progressive taxes, massive welfare expansion, regulatory control, and the equity-over-opportunity framework pushed by the modern left. They do not care that it is unconstitutional. That is the point.
