Congratulations to two of our 7th grade students for their Honorable Mention win at the National History Day Regional Competition. Andrew Wells & Sujay Kollepara (not pictured) submitted a group documentary about the Seven Years War for this year's 'Frontiers in History' theme.

The final wave goodbye is always so bittersweet! Thank you to all parents, students, teachers, and staff for your hard work during the school year. We look forward to seeing our 6th and 7th graders again next year and wish the best to our 8th graders as they head to North! ☀️

It’s a fun day of events here at CMS, starting with tours of the new pool and an exhibition from Lakeville North and South swimmers and divers!

Today, we held a 'Social Studies SLAM!'. Similar to our Geography Bee of the past, all CMS students took a qualifier test to find the top competitors for the SLAM! The SLAM featured trivia questions about geography and history. Congrats to the competitors & top 4 finishers!🌏🌍

Tomorrow is the last day for our annual American Heart Association Dodgeball tournament. In the finals: G6 = Plaza v. Vosika G7 = Bolson, J. v. Reese G8 = Dunne v. Olson T-shirts will be on sale tomorrow morning for $10 for students that want to watch!

Last week, Mr. Scheevel’s health classes used tug-of-war with uneven teams as an analogy to learn about addiction, including the strong pull and power addiction has and the importance of asking for and offering help.
