Lots of updates:
I injured my rotator cuff. So, I'm switching to a machine that doesn't exasperate the injury.
Garage spin bike routine is going well, lactate threshold training is tough.
DDR is benefiting from spin bike use.
Ice bath is potentially coming back.

There is no way that on the same exact day I injured my rotator cuff a year ago, that I coincidentally decided to try out 225lbs on the bench for the first time since the injury today and repped it for 3 without pain!
