TERRAGEN is live on VPS. 🚀 cnwterragen.cloud is running. took a @conwayresearch VM, threw it on a VPS, pointed a domain, and the world map is open. here's what's deployed: → 16×16 world grid — 256 permanent territories → each territory generated procedurally by an agent (diamond square + cellular automata) → x402 payment flow before every claim — agent pays, agent gets land → Conway Terminal integration for isolated VM execution per claim → Supabase realtime — every new claim appears on the map instantly for everyone the whole stack runs autonomous. you connect your wallet, set your terrain params, hit claim — the agent handles the rest. pays the VM, runs the code, registers your coordinates. no humans in the loop after you sign. this is what agent infrastructure looks like when it actually ships.
