Glad to receive the Chair of the Peacebuilding Commission’s (PBC) Liberia Configuration, H.E. Ms. Nicola Clase @NicolaClase , and her delegation at One UN House today. They met with UNCT for discussions around sustaining peacebuilding and regional stability.

The visiting CSC delegation met with CSOs today. Youth & women are not beneficiaries of peace—they are drivers of peace. Scaling investments in jobs, leadership, justice & inclusion is essential to sustaining peace in Liberia & strengthening stability across the region.

At Careysburg Health Center today, we witnessed the handover of an ambulance & motorbikes—vital for maternal & newborn care. Grateful to the @JapanGov & partners for strengthening primary health services & saving lives in rural Montserrado.

Led by the Govt, Implemented by UN agencies @UNICEF_Liberia @UNFPALiberia & @unwomenliberia ,these projects align with SDGs, Liberia’s ARREST Agenda & the new UN Cooperation Framework—expanding services for women, girls, children & vulnerable communities. 🇱🇷 🇯🇵
