Appealing the NLRB ruling means @ColorOfChange does not want to take accountability for their transgressions against their employees. We need a contract now to protect employees from these assaults on their rights to a healthy work environment.

2/3 Communities are outraged, and rightly so. Jordan Neely deserved compassion & mental health care but instead faced violence & vilification for his housing status & mental health struggles—issues exacerbated by a city plagued by poverty & a justice system failing Black people.

Today, I’m pardoning 39 people with non-violent crimes who have demonstrated remorse and rehabilitation, and I’m commuting the sentences of nearly 1,500 others – many of whom would have received lower sentences today.   America was built on second chances. That's what these pardons and commutations represent.
