Congratulations to Chairman Merom Brachman, recipient of the 2025 COGEL Award. From being one of the first appointees to the Ohio Ethics Commission in 1975 to decades of leadership on both the Ethics and Elections Commissions, his impact on public integrity is immeasurable.
