Where as I agree with certain points of the video there is also a few points made which I would argue against. I’m definitely on the side of creating a healthy environment for kids that enter this with intentions of taking it seriously.

School leagues are definitely a healthy way of growing the scene and the life skills / social capabilities of players if done right!
