In September, I was privileged to present my own work on labor juries, citizen verdicts, and popular spectatorship/courtwatching's roots in labor solidarity at @COSELLWorkLaw. Excited for this complementary work at this fraught time in our courts.

Gwynne Wilcox is back on the NLRB for now, resurrecting Garmon preemption as long as there is a quorum, but maybe still leaving room for local regulation of companies like SpaceX, Trader Joe's, and the ACLU who allege the NLRA to be unconstitutional
