HR: If employees are judged for having boundaries, then no amount of money will make them stay. A higher salary can attract people. But if respect for time is missing, it will not keep them.

As a second taker, here's what I did that helped me survive CPALE:

Guys dami kong nababasang namimili na ng iaalay na topic/s. Given na malapit na ang CPALE, as much as possible alamin n’yo pa rin ang basics ng mga topics na nahihirapan kayo. Ewan ko kung may magic ang BOA, pero for some reason alam nila ang favorite topics na usually inaalay.

Actually, ang pag-aalay ng topic is a trap, one that many CPALE takers have fallen into, are falling into, and will continue to fall into. The examiners expect us to do this. And sometimes, it’s those very topics we set aside that stand between an examinee and the CPA license.
