Preceptorship training at MMUH is delivered through a blended approach, combining an online module with a face-to-face workshop. Today, 22 staff nurses successfully completed their training to become new preceptors. Well done all ⭐️ #NPD #CPC #preceptors

Clinical Placement Coordinators support student nurses & midwives through their training. The Dept of Health have excluded them from a pay award on their pay grade. This will jeopardise the excellent training that students receive. Will you resolve this issue @DonnellyStephen?

Nurse and Midwife Clinical Placement Coordinators are key to training future nurses and midwives. In hospitals across the country they are protesting pay inequality. Despite their crucial role, they’ve been excluded from the pay raises granted to clinical managers.
