Securing America with Captain James Fanell, Jenny Beth Martin & Dr. David Wurmser securingamerica.substack.com/p/with-captain… Captain James Fanell, Former Naval Intelligence Officer I discussed with Captain James Fanell two critically important issues. What China is doing to help Iran kill Americans, betraying a promise made to President Trump, and certainly underscoring that China under Xi Jinping is a mortal enemy of our country. We also discussed the possibility of the liberation of Cuba and the strategic importance of accomplishing that, both in terms of the liberation of the people of that long-suffering country, and also in terms of undermining the Chinese and the Russian efforts to weaponize that island against us. Jenny Beth Martin, Co-founder and National Coordinator of the Tea Party Patriots Jenny Beth Martin and I visited about the SAVE Act, a vitally needed piece of legislation to restore election integrity, which in turn is absolutely essential to a functioning constitutional republic. We also talked about the impediments to the enacting of that piece of legislation, including not only... adamant democratic opposition but that of some Republicans and what can be done about it by you how you can take action both with the House of Representatives and with the United States Senate to ensure that what is an 87 % approval proposition among the American people is in fact made law. Dr. David Wurmser, Senior Analyst for Middle East Affairs at the Center of Security Policy I spoke with David Wurmser about the alleged contentious conversation between Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, whether that’s real or whether there is a greater convergence between the United States and Israel. In light of the simple fact that there is no substitute for victory over the Iranian regime, anything else will be a formula for endless war. We also talked about whether Islam is a religion of peace or is it, especially in the form of Sharia, a strategy for war. And if we are misinformed about what we’re up against. Can we survive what is, in fact, the Sharia supremacists and the jihadists’ intent to destroy this country?

End the Endless War by Winning, Not Perpetuating, It securingamerica.substack.com/p/end-the-endl… On this Memorial Day, President Trump will pay tribute to our fallen heroes amidst concerns that others’ lives may be lost in renewed conflict with Iran now temporarily paused. Donald Trump promised in the 2024 campaign to prevent “endless wars.” But, the most endless war in history is the one waged against Western civilization for fourteen hundred years by Islam’s founder Mohammed and his successors. And the President has an opportunity actually to defeat its prime-movers. Unfortunately, that will not be what results from the present negotiations. To the contrary, the deal said to be in the offing will prop up and empower the Iranian regime and, by so doing, encourage every other jihadist around the world to intensify efforts to impose their totalitarian sharia law on all of us. Mr. President, truly end this endless war by winning, not perpetuating, it.

Pray for Cuba Libre securingamerica.substack.com/p/pray-for-cub… The Justice Department yesterday indicted former Cuban dictator Raoul Castro and others for three murders of American citizens thirty years ago. To paraphrase Winston Churchill, it may mark “the beginning of the end” of the regime he and his brother, Fidel, have inflicted on the island’s longsuffering population for nearly seven decades. The indictment was preceded by an oil embargo engineered by President Trump and a man whose family fled to freedom from Cuba, Secretary of State Marco Rubio. It has precipitated sustained blackouts and economic privation that has translated into increasing public demands for liberty. It’s hard to overstate the strategic implications of Cuba’s possibly imminent liberation. The Kremlin and Communist China have long weaponized the island, collecting signals intelligence there, running spy operations here and supporting insurgencies and hostile regimes throughout the Western hemisphere. Let us pray for Cuba Libre.

Securing America with Dede Laugesen & Mike Arnold securingamerica.substack.com/p/with-dede-la… Dede Laugesen, CEO & President at Save the Persecuted Christians & Mike Arnold, Founder, Africa Arise International | Africa Arise USA The discussion focused on the growing jihadist violence and persecution of Christians in Nigeria, framing it as part of a broader international extremist network stretching across Africa and the Middle East. Dede Laugesen explained that militant groups operating throughout the Sahel are interconnected through funding, arms trafficking, and foreign influence, with Nigeria being especially significant because of its large population, abundant oil, and rare earth minerals. Mike Arnold argued that Chinese mining interests exploit regions devastated by jihadist attacks, claiming that communities are displaced or destroyed so minerals can be extracted, while corruption within Nigeria’s government and military enables the violence to continue. The conversation also linked heroin trafficking and international terror financing to the instability in the region. Arnold called for stronger international intervention, including investigations into Nigerian leadership and alleged terror sponsors, urgent humanitarian aid for displaced Christians, military action against jihadist groups, and reforms to ensure free elections and self-determination for affected communities.

Securing America with Dr. David Wurmser & Tad Coffin securingamerica.substack.com/p/with-dr-davi… Dr. David Wurmser, Senior Analyst for Middle East Affairs at the Center of Security Policy I spoke with Dr. David Wurmser about the summit between Xi Jinping and Donald Trump and what it means for, among other things, the war in Iran and the future of the strategic partnership between that egregiously dangerous enemy in the Middle East and well, egregiously dangerous enemy in Beijing. And what we must do about both. Fascinating stuff. Be sure to check it out. Tad Coffin, Owner of Tad Coffin Performance Saddles Tad Coffin returned to *Securing America* to discuss his remarkable journey from Olympic equestrian champion to innovator in equine and human wellness technology. Coffin, who won two gold medals in equestrian competition at the 1976 Olympics, explained how decades of working closely with horses led him to rethink the traditional saddle, which he describes as outdated and often harmful to a horse’s posture and performance. Driven by a desire to improve athletic capability and reduce pain in horses, he spent more than 30 years developing advanced saddle designs using sophisticated engineering, carbon fiber, and acrylic alloys. Through this work, Coffin discovered unexpected energetic and cellular health benefits that eventually inspired the creation of a new human wellness product. He emphasized that by designing equipment that supports a horse’s natural athletic posture rather than contradicting it, both performance and overall wellbeing can dramatically improve.

Condemn Anti-Mosque Violence but Ban Sharia securingamerica.substack.com/p/condemn-anti… Yesterday, three men were killed outside the largest of 13 mosques in California’s San Diego County. Such violence is unconscionable and must be condemned. Even though little is known so far about the teenage shooters, the Islamic Center’s imam, Taha Hassane, nonetheless decried “intolerance.” And New York’s Muslim Mayor Zohran Mamdani denounced “Islamophobia.” Before sympathy for the victims and efforts to parlay this crime into a pretext for silencing those of us who legitimately oppose utterly intolerant and intentionally terrifying sharia-supremacism, a little level-setting is in order. This mosque has long been associated with the jihadist Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas. Two congregants aided the 9/11 hijackers. And Imam Hassane routinely misrepresents sharia and intolerantly inveighs against Israel and its supporters. Such facts do not justify violence. But they do underscore the need for legally and peacefully opposing metastasizing sharia in America. This is Frank Gaffney.

Hooray for America's Rededication to God! securingamerica.substack.com/p/hooray-for-a… Yesterday, we celebrated on the Washington Mall 250 years of “one nation under God” by rededicating the American experiment to the Judeo-Christian values and beliefs not only central to its beginnings and history to date, but to its prospects for the future. Critics are determined to obscure, if not completely deny, the role the Scriptures and the hand of God played in inspiring the authors of our founding documents. “Rededicate 250” featured prayers, Biblical citations and statements from America’s get-go to underscore that, in our time, we must prize that spiritual genealogy and eschew efforts to alter it. In particular, we cannot persist – in the name of religious freedom and “interfaith dialogue” – in according to Islam’s anti-constitutional sharia death-cult the status of a “great Abrahamic faith,” allowing it seditiously to undermine our nation and freedoms through unwarranted First Amendment protections.

Securing America with Dr. Karen Siegemund & Rabbi Pesach Wolicki securingamerica.substack.com/p/with-dr-kare… Dr. Karen Siegemund, President, American Freedom Alliance Dr. Karen Siegemund provided a firsthand account of Tommy Robinson’s Unite the Kingdom rally in London over the weekend, which she said drew an enormous crowd of British patriots determined to preserve their country in the face of what she describes as Sharia supremacism—and why the stakes in that fight extend beyond Britain to the United States as well. She also discussed the potential punishment participants may face, and the courage required to speak up for the girls she says have been brutally victimized by Pakistani grooming gangs in what she characterizes as “rape jihad.” Rabbi Pesach Wolicki, Executive Director, Israel 365 Action Rabbi Pesach Wolicki and I assessed the current state of the conflict with Iran—or, more precisely, what he described as a temporary hoodna, a pause that allows Tehran to rearm and regroup for its next round of attacks. We also discussed China’s role in enabling the Iranian regime and its proxies, the part Pakistan has played in facilitating the current ceasefire, and why he believes the mullahs—and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps—must ultimately be removed and decisively defeated. Finally, we discussed Israel’s perspective on President Trump’s conversations with Xi Jinping, the likely trajectory of Israel’s ongoing fight against Iran’s proxies—especially Hezbollah and Hamas—and why Israel’s victory matters not only for the region, but for all of us.

Mr. President, Make This Summit Your Reykjavik securingamerica.substack.com/p/mr-president… Chinese emperor Xi Jinping’s lavish welcome for President Trump cannot obscure a harsh reality: China’s ruling Communist Party is at war with the United States. If we continue to ignore that natty fact, we invite a redoubling of the CCP’s long-running “unrestricted warfare” against America – an unforced, and possibly terminal, error of epic proportions. Much will depend on what comes next. If President Trump allows Xi to reduce their summit to yet-another opportunity to preside over one-sided deals with U.S. “captured elites,” 47 will be remembered as having perpetuated and greatly intensified the threat we face. If on the other hand, like President Reagan at Rekjyavik, Mr. Trump rejects the temptation to prop up the Chinese Communist Party, he may yet put it on the “ash-heap of history,” alongside the odious Soviet one that spawned the CCP. Just do it.

Pray for President Trump Behind Enemy Lines securingamerica.substack.com/p/pray-for-pre… China’s emperor Xi Jinping will wine and dine President Trump as part of a spectacle in Beijing intended to give the outward appearance of hospitality. I pray the U.S. delegation includes a food-tester. This is no joke. Poisoning enemies has long been part of the intrigues of China’s imperial courts. And, since Donald Trump poses a unique and existential threat to the CCP’s global ambitions, taking him out – presumably via a seeming “accident” – would be an elegant solution to Xi’s acute internal problems. Alternatively, Xi may simply persist in poisonously impacting  this fall’s midterm elections and, thereby, the Trump presidency via restricting rare earth mineral exports, enabling and protracting Iran’s war with America and gaining new opportunities to penetrate and subvert our country. Make no mistake: You are deep behind enemy lines, Mr. President. Stay safe, vigilant and protected by God.

Trump's Ominous Fellow Travelers securingamerica.substack.com/p/trumps-omino… President Trump is taking numerous “old friends of China” to Beijing today – corporate executives who have made fortunes transforming the People’s Republic into a superpower. The President’s entourage reinforces the illusion that the PRC is merely an economic rival that a new poll indicates most Americans share. Mr. Trump just reinforced that misperception by declaring we have “a very friendly competition” with China. Actually, as a recent PresentDangerChina.com webinar underscored, Communist China is at war with us. It is perilous to ignore that fact and open our country and economy to further predations – thereby, enabling the CCP to intensify its decades long “unrestricted warfare” against us. The result will be to prop up Xi Jinping’s regime and embolden it further. Donald Trump has historically understood the Chinese threat and must be guided by that reality at this critical juncture.

Time to "Go for the Jugular" with Iran securingamerica.substack.com/p/time-to-go-f… Sam Faddis is a brilliant former CIA spy who spent much of his career countering Iranian efforts to bring “Death to America.” With President Trump’s necessary rejection to what amounted to Iran’s demand for our surrender, Sam’s recommendation is to stop talking to the regime in Tehran and “go for the jugular.” That would involve the following: targeting critical nodes of Iran’s oil infrastructure, border crossings with Pakistan and communications, while seizing two dozen ghost tankers full of Iranian oil off Malaysia and imposing a nationwide no-fly zone. Mr. Faddis also urges President Trump to cancel his impending trip to China and sanction its companies enabling Iran to continue waging war against us. As Sam pointed out in a webinar last week, doing otherwise invites not Xi Jinping’s help to us, but will embolden him further to help our enemies in Tehran.

With Friends Like Xi Jinping.... securingamerica.substack.com/p/with-friends… President Trump often praises Chinese dictator Xi Jinping with whom he is scheduled to meet next week in Beijing. What if the feeling isn’t mutual? After all, Xi not only has long waged “unrestricted warfare” against our country, but repeatedly undermined the Trump presidency. For example, the Chinese Communists reneged on commitments to seal a sweeping trade deal that, if implemented, would have corrected many of their abuses and been a yuuuge win for Mr. Trump. Next, they launched a biological warfare attack that killed a million Americans and brought to a screeching halt his then-booming economic recovery. The Chinese reportedly used their access to U.S. vote-counting hardware and software to help prevent his reelection in 2020. Now, Xi is rearming Iran, choking off our access to rare earth minerals and continuing his imports here of murderous fentanyl. With friends like Xi….

Securing America with Rod D. Martin, George Rasley & Col. Grant Newsham securingamerica.substack.com/p/with-rod-d-m… Rod D. Martin, Chairman of the Board, Institute for the American Future — I spoke with Rod about the Supreme Court ruling on congressional district maps and what it could mean for the upcoming election, including whether Republicans might retain the House even in the face of a blue wave. We also discussed the Trump doctrine as “tough love” for NATO when allies fall short on defense commitments, and whether shifting U.S. forces from Germany to other locations could actually strengthen the common defense. George Rasley, Editor, ConservativeHQ — George Rasley and I discussed slavery as an often-overlooked element of the Sharia-supremacist agenda, including in Great Britain and potentially here, and what it does to societies that tolerate it. We also talked about election integrity, the redistricting implications of the Supreme Court’s Louisiana decision, and evidence—reported even by The Washington Post—of non-citizen voting and its potential impact on electoral outcomes. Col. Grant Newsham, Senior Research Fellow, Japan Forum for Strategic Studies — I spoke with Grant Newsham about a central question: is China at war with us? In his view, yes—through “unrestricted warfare” across multiple domains, and increasingly through proxy and kinetic pressure, including support for Iran. We also discussed what it could signal if a U.S. president travels to Beijing under these conditions—whether Xi might see it as leverage—and the risks of chasing commercial deals that China may not honor and could exploit.

The Trump-Xi Summit Should be Postponed Indefinitely securingamerica.substack.com/p/the-trump-xi… Would Franklin Roosevelt have contemplated traveling to Berlin to meet with Adolf Hitler at the height of World War II? The proposition is, of course, absurd. Among other reasons would be concerns about the President’s personal safety. Yet, Donald Trump is set on visiting Beijing next week to meet with a man who has killed more Americans in what some call “World War III” than Hitler did – namely, Chinese dictator Xi Jinping. China expert Col. Grant Newsham confirmed yesterday that Xi’s regime is “at war with America” and has used fentanyl to kill 800,000 of us – roughly the equivalent of four divisions. In addition, Xi keeps sending Iran chemicals for ballistic missiles to attack U.S. military personnel. The question occurs: Might he have Trump killed, too? President Trump has already postponed their summit once. It would be advisable to do it indefinitely.

Securing America with Dr. David Wurmser & Pastor Daniel Hayworth securingamerica.substack.com/p/with-dr-davi… Dr. David Wurmser, Senior Analyst for Middle East Affairs, Center for Security Policy Dr. David Wurmser and I took stock of developments in the Persian Gulf, including U.S. efforts to help guide commercial shipping through the (now effectively blockaded) Strait of Hormuz. We discussed the administration’s policy options as the President weighs domestic political pressures, the War Powers Resolution, and the economic fallout of the conflict—along with what Dr. Wurmser sees as the necessity of decisively defeating the Iranian regime’s remaining forces. We also examined the toll the war is taking on Iran—both the regime and the Iranian people—possible changes to the negotiating team for any prospective settlement, and the wider challenge of “electoral jihad” in the West, including tactics Sharia supremacists have used in Britain and are attempting to replicate in the United States. Pastor Daniel Hayworth, Pastor, Vintage Church I spoke with Pastor Dan Hayworth about a new resource, The Cross and the Crescent, designed to help pastors and laypeople better understand Islam, Sharia, and supremacism—and what he believes they mean for America’s constitutional order. We discussed his view that Sharia should be understood not simply as a religion, but as a political, legal, and military system, and why he believes Christians in particular need to grasp its implications for religious liberty and the Constitution.
