@hfecop @HFandSTS @usceduau Both - there is a free text incident description followed by a pick list of contributory factors. Our CRIT contributory factor classification scheme was developed based on a systematic review of the literature as well as our previous studies of cyclist behaviour and collisions.

Overall this initial data shows that our user group perceive that their crashes and near misses have multiple contributory factors from across the road transport system. The issue is far more complex than simply drivers and cyclists making errors #systemsthinking #roadsafety
