By cutting #ForeignAid to #CentralAmerica, you're cutting progress. In #Guatemala we reached almost 100K people to help reduce chronic malnutrition. Mothers, like Norma, learned how to raise healthy children. Without this opportunity, women like Norma would have had to #migrate.
