🟢+230 $ on my @BlueGuardiancom 25K Instant account today.
🟡2 / 5 profitable days
🔴3% Drawdown to recover.
Slightly recovering from last week's losses.
Only 1 W trade taken today on $XAUUSD .
Plan is to take +1R trades until it reaches BE.
Let's see how this week goes🎯.

Down🔴4% on my @BlueGuardiancom 25K Instant account this week. It's funny how the small things we ignore end up having the biggest impact on our trading over time. I missed a few good moves, which led me to chase price. I entered around the same level 2–3 times and got stopped out over and over. That's the reality of trading Instant accounts. You can't panic over every loss, and you definitely can't revenge trade. Anyways, the plan now is simple: recover the account. Not every account starts in green. I've still got 2% drawdown remaining out of the 6%. Let's see what next week brings. 📈

@drhola2joye2 @adityaomyt @Been_Omar_FX @Awelmo1 Appreciate the insight. I use OCL a bit differently within my CRT framework, but it's always great to see different perspectives. 🤝

@CRT_Vision @adityaomyt @Been_Omar_FX @Awelmo1 I am sure you already know, but let me just say this, I only use bearish OCL for my buy trades and bullish OCL for my sell trades. Of course V-shaped rejections for buys and A-shaped rejections for sells.

WEEKLY TRADING UPDATE
6-10 July 2026
STATS
🟢 Net P&L: +$232.48
🔸 Win rate: 50%
🔸 Profit factor: 1.97
🔸 9 trades: 3W / 3BE / 3L
🔸 Executed 4 out of 7 A+ setups (57%).
🔸 Unnecessary losses: reduced from 7 last week to 1 this week.
TL;DR
This week was a step in the right direction.
The biggest improvement was my decision-making. Last week I recorded 7 unnecessary losses. This week I reduced that to 1, simply by being more objective/mechanical and refusing to lower my standards when nothing looked convincing.
I also matched my A+ execution rate (4 out of 7 setups -> 57%) while taking fewer trades overall.
CONTEXT
I'm practicing on $50K prop evaluation accounts (Apex & Tradeify) with a max risk of $100 per trade. My goal is to become someone who consistently executes high-quality decisions.
WHAT WENT WELL
⭐️ This week felt... calmer. The trading sessions were not easy but I managed my need to participate in every move. I was happy to let opportunities go if they didn't meet my standards. Feels like a bigger win than the P&L and I'm happy with that.
⭐️ Another thing I'm really pleased about is how quickly I recovered from losses or missed trades. Instead of getting emotional or forcing I reviewed objectively, accepted it and moved on.
BIGGEST LESSON
💡 The market kept rewarding patience. When I lower my standards (enter too early, accept weaker confirmation), the market reminds me why my rules exist. This happened far less than last week. Reducing unnecessary losses from 7 to 1, while still participating in 4 out of 7 A+ setups, tells me my filtering is improving.
This is how I'm moving from 'giving my edge away' to 'starting to protect my edge'.
NEXT STEPS
Just repeat.
Continue practicing my standards. Trust complete confirmation, keep unnecessary losses close to zero.
If I can repeat this a few times before focusing on anything to improve, that's a big win for me because I'm building the confidence through repetition.

How was trading for you this week?

Sometimes the best way to avoid pain is not doing anything...
Saw it opened and completed the CRT move..
I just say let me buy the exit back to 50%... retracement
That would be ₦1.4m 🤦🏾
Say 850 floating
Both my 300k deposit vanished
Anyway...
The target this week is ₦5m
And I'm only risk 600k
Since 300k is out
I would split my remains to 50kper deposit
Lets see in NewYork session
