@MikeWingerii Men who have never truly been born again cannot relate to this. Christianity isnt an ideology it’s an identification with a new breed of existence found in new life in Christ. The spiritual things of God are foolishness to those who are perishing.

It’s a sign of true humility, awareness of sin, and confession of the justice of God when you can say that God is justified if he were to condemn you for your sin. “Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you may be justified in your words and blameless in your judgment.” Psalm 51:4 God is blameless in his judgment. In other words he is right to judge you guilty and this is a good and humble thing to acknowledge. It’s also scary. But go read Psalm 51 in full because it’s not a chapter about condemnation. It’s about mercy and grace and if you are struggling with properly repenting of sin please read Psalm 51 as a model for how to approach God. It may change your life.

A good metric for anything we read or hear is to allow ourselves a window of time to examine our thoughts. If we find ourselves in a dark place of mind, maybe what we are consuming is the source. Immediately we may love it, but in due time the fruit of what we consumed destroys

@PDavidCMcGuire True. It is my opinion. And yes true the word can be offensive. I would ask you is it ever your practice to hear from God and then hold on to it, or as some in the Bible did, “consider the word”, which means to just meditate on it or think about it.

@CRXLGHT That's your opinion. I don't care about the opinions of people. I know what God wants me to say and when He wants me to say it. That's offensive to many people, and I don't care. I have to answer to God if I don't speak when He wants me to, not to you or anyone else.

@PDavidCMcGuire Well, I believe you are making assumptions that you are getting things before others. If that were true then you have a point, but you can’t know if others got that message from God as well, but they chose to not say anything about it. Not everything we hear is meant to be said

He who has been forgiven much loves much. I agree with exposure but we partner with the Lord and pray for discernment of when it’s time to speak

It’s wonderful that he does it. Our job is to sow the seed of His word and trust that in due time it will reap a harvest. Don’t try to rush it

@KaeleyT You’d be shocked at how accountability has its way of coming about. Spiritually it’s possible to have one debt absorbed into another debt consolidation but eventually that debt becomes unpayable. Especially for those who claim to be teachers.

Most of these men have been completely disqualified from ministry by every biblical standard. I will absolutely take crap for saying so. I just feel like we are living in the twilight zone. Where is any semblance of accountability??? Must it always come from outside the church?

As the body of Christ we don’t have to all agree that would be cultish, but there are some lines almost in the spirit of war crimes that we need to avoid. I’ve been guilty of letting my emotions get the best of me and saying things out of line too. I appreciate this

A word of wisdom is to discern between what is meant for public and what’s not. Even if this were true I don’t see how it’s beneficial to share a comment like this. It’s tragic and sad.
