only playoff drivers earn playoff points (and this is last race they do that it matters) ... the fastest lap point is not a playoff point. it is a regular point.

@MaxHailperin You probably already know this, but this is his home precinct and a lot of his neighbours know and like him. I think all his signs ended up here, too.

The precincts are strikingly heterogeneous. My own, W2P5, was a super outlier for Peter Wagenious, with 72% of DFL ballots going to him. Even his second best precinct was only 41%.
