Here, he took a real pay cut to be with his kids 50% of the time—not hiding income. That’s a lawful, valid choice.

@ywomendeservles This is actually illegal. There’s something about “making less than your capacity.” If you’ve proven you can make $240k consistently, the courts will call bullshit if you drop your income to $100k. This would legit never work and the guy would get screwed for doing this.
