Have they tried to traverse mountains with Russian BMPs for thousands of years? Have they carried artillery up mountains for thousands of years? No.
Mountains are neutral. Mountains affect their logistics just as much as ours. The difference is, we own the air. If they want to move forces to defend Kharg, there is one way for them to do it easily, and we've seen what happens when you have one way to move armor against US forces.

🚨🚨🚨 IF ISRAEL REALLY COMMANDS TRUMP TO SEND TROOPS IN HERE, IT'S GOING TO BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST MASSACRES OF US FORCES IN AMERICAN HISTORY. 🚨🚨🚨
Iran is NOT Iraq. Iran is NOT Afghanistan. This is a nation of 90 million people, mountainous terrain, and a military that has been PREPARING for this moment for 45 years.
Let that sink in.
💀 13 US troops — DEAD in just the first 2 weeks
💀 5,000 Marines deployed to Hormuz — sitting DUCKS
💀 Iran has already hit 9 COUNTRIES in a single night
💀 South Pars — the world's largest gas field — BOMBED and offline
💀 Strait of Hormuz — CLOSED. 150 ships PARALYZED.
⚠️ The U.S. lost 4,431 troops in Iraq over 8 YEARS. Iran is 4x the size, 3x the population, and has MOUNTAINS — not flat desert.
⚠️ The Soviet Union sent 100,000 troops into Afghanistan and LOST. Iran's military is 10x stronger than the Taliban ever was.
Here's what happens NEXT — step by step:
💀 STEP 1 — THE DEPLOYMENT TRAP
Israel pressures Trump for ground troops. Trump — who promised NO boots on the ground — already has 5,000 Marines in the Hormuz tinderbox. Pressure mounts. He sends more.
💀 STEP 2 — THE TERRAIN NIGHTMARE
US forces enter Iran. Not flat Iraqi desert. MOUNTAINS. The Zagros range — 1,500 km of natural fortress. Every valley is an ambush. Every ridge is a sniper position. Iran has spent DECADES fortifying these passes.
💀 STEP 3 — GUERRILLA HELL
Iran activates its 20 MILLION Basij militia. Not a standing army you can bomb — civilians by day, fighters by night. The same strategy that bled the Soviets dry in Afghanistan. Except Iran has MISSILES too.
💀 STEP 4 — SUPPLY LINES COLLAPSE
Every bullet, every MRE, every medevac has to cross the Persian Gulf — through a Strait of Hormuz that Iran CONTROLS. One anti-ship missile and the entire supply chain is SEVERED. 5,000 Marines become stranded.
💀 STEP 5 — REGIONAL EXPLOSION
Hezbollah opens a SECOND front from Lebanon. Houthis attack from Yemen. Iraqi militias cut off the southern corridor. It's not one war — it's FIVE simultaneous wars across the entire Middle East.
💀 STEP 6 — BODY BAGS COME HOME
13 dead in 2 weeks from AIR STRIKES alone. Ground invasion? Military analysts estimate 10,000+ US casualties in the FIRST MONTH. Vietnam-level losses compressed into WEEKS.
💀 STEP 7 — AMERICA BREAKS
$500 BILLION+ war cost. Oil past $150. Gas prices DOUBLE at home. The economy crashes. Public turns against the war. Protests erupt. Trump faces the same fate as LBJ — destroyed by a war he couldn't win and couldn't leave.
The media is showing you missile strikes and "precision operations."
They're NOT showing you that every Iraq war veteran is saying the SAME thing: "Iran is a completely different ballgame. We don't really want boots on the ground."
You don't send American soldiers into a mountain fortress controlled by a nation that WANTS martyrdom — with supply lines running through a strait the ENEMY controls — and call it a plan.
That's not a war. That's a SLAUGHTER.
Prepare accordingly. 🚨🚨🚨

I’m going to say this clearly. My role, as an Iranian in the diaspora, is to amplify the suppressed voices inside Iran.
If they say “we need help,” I’m saying “we need help.”
If they say “keep the strikes coming,” I’m saying “keep the strikes coming.”
If they say “stop the war,” I’m staying “stop the war.”
It’s really that simple.
So if you hate my voice, you hate their voice.
And if you can’t stand the voices of those living the experience, then you’re probably prioritizing your narrative over truth.

My mom just called me from Iran through her landline. I haven’t spoken to her since February.
She said that Israel and the US are bombing the regime nonstop.
They taped all the windows because the building shakes constantly.
I asked if any civilians are getting hurt, and she replied “No, No, No. No normal civilians are getting hurt”
Everyone is hanging in there and counting the days for this regime to end and for the return of the Shah. 🇮🇷

@CinemaTweets1 Incredibly underrated. Not better than Sopranos but better than the Wire.

It’s a shame. I’m a proud red blooded American but it’s getting way out of hand. It’s just getting obnoxious, border line arrogant. I’m 100% for being patriotic but this isn’t Ryder Cup. Are we at the point now where we are going to boo every non American golfer in contention against an American?
English

@WallStreetMav A jury of 12 Israel’s would still find him guilty of treason. Shameful.
English

@patrickbetdavid Patrick, you’ve shown your true colors. In the past year you have pushed this war as hard as one can. You have influence with some important people and I’m sure moved the needle. Now you got what you wished for. Khoemeini gone. Now you’re here talking about how bad war is. FUCK U
English

Whether you support the war with Iran or not, let’s be honest about one thing:
No one knows how this ends.
No expert.
No analyst.
No politician.
I know this personally.
I lived in Tehran during the Iran–Iraq war (1980–1988). Eight years of uncertainty. Eight years of fear.
There’s a sound from that time that has never left my mind.
A voice over the loudspeaker saying:
“Tavajoh, tavajoh, alāmate ghermez.”
توجه توجه، علامت قرمز
Attention. Attention. Red alert.
Signaling that enemy aircraft or missiles have been detected.
As a child, that was the most terrifying voice imaginable.
I wouldn’t wish that sound on my worst enemy.
War destroys everything in its path:
• Lives
• Economies
• Families
• Mental and emotional health
• And it creates generations seeking revenge for loved ones lost
It’s ugly. It’s unpredictable. And it rarely ends the way anyone expects.
Emotions are high right now. Everyone has an opinion.
But beyond politics and social media debates, one truth remains:
War is hell.
I pray this ends as quickly as possible with the fewest casualties possible.
I pray that our leaders make wise decisions that don’t escalate this into something bigger than it already is.
Heavy is the head that wears the crown.
I’m hopeful all matters will be considered while making decisions the next few days and for it to not escalate into something that we may regret.
Thank you God!

@TheGrayzoneNews @KeiPritsker What a shame. These scumbags will he remembered in history as the worst types of people. No matter how bad your government is, wishing upon your people to be massacred for change is pathetic.
English

Iranian monarchists say girl's school bombing was "worth it," call for American ground invasion of Iran
@KeiPritsker attended the regime change rally in LA where protestors lavished praise on Trump and Netanyahu and demanded boots on the ground
English

@SGhasseminejad Oh Saeed you pathetic fool. You still think they are out to help the Iranian people. I didn’t think Persians, long considered to be high IQ could have such a large number of retards.
English

Iran exports its oil via sea using tankers. US has control of the sea and the tankers are known; US can easily prevent the exports. NO NEED to “destroy the oil fields.”
I’d be happy to explain in more details in a phone call.
