Our Charlotte branch recently supported a re-grand opening at one of our partnered locations, upgrading the laundry room with new machines powered by One Tap Away. Residents got hands-on support learning how to download the app, step-by-step walkthroughs, and use their free wash. We’re excited to share that Mark Reinbold has joined CSC ServiceWorks as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 16, 2026. Mark brings more than 20 years of leadership experience building and scaling service-driven infrastructure businesses. During his nearly two decades at Johnson Controls, he helped shift portions of the company from traditional product sales to an Infrastructure-as-a-Service model — moving toward performance-based, long-term service agreements that deliver measurable customer outcomes. He founded the Sustainable Infrastructure business in the United States, then went on to globalize the platform, reporting directly to the CEO and leading the business worldwide. Most recently, Mark served as CEO of Kamran and Company, where he led high-performing teams delivering infrastructure solutions grounded in operational rigor and strong customer partnership. As CSC continues to strengthen customer retention, expand recurring revenue, and advance our Connected Machines strategy, Mark’s experience building disciplined, service-led growth platforms will help accelerate our momentum.
