Fair comment but Epic Ace hasn’t raced much this year, but showed flashes of brilliance last year. I added him to my bets after the first round performance, but as the derby takes shape, you must be able to adjust your opinions as the greyhounds adapt to Towcester. It’s not Shelbourne!

@plgbm Brutal, PL. I spoke with Ian briefly at the preview night about Droopys Faithful as I'm a big fan. She was showing Tank the way home and she doesn't stay a yard; that's why I had my reservations at odds on.

@guypearce05 Can't disagree with what you said as it's a fact. But that was an undercooked Diamond who hit the front and couldn't get home.
There's absolutely no way anybody would say that's a dog who would do the clock; with missing the kick.
