Multiple issues. First the permanent issue, the teeth on the pulley are not the correct profile. Maybe they look more like a chain sprocket. Second issue is the belt is facing the drive pullies inside out. Third issue is the belt internals are showing. This is only on the edge when they are new. The OD of this belt is shredded.
